How predictions work

Midgame gives you clear, timely signals during live games. It does not offer gambling advice, and it never shows a win probability percentage. Here is what you will see.

The ScanBar

Every game surface shows a ScanBar. It reads SCANNING MARKETS while Midgame is looking for opportunities, and switches to ODDS DETECTED when one appears.

Confidence bands

Each prediction carries a confidence band: Low, Medium, High, or Very High. The band keeps the signal simple. It is a guide, not a guarantee of any outcome.

Take and Pass

When an alert arrives, you can Take it or Pass. "Take" is a directional signal that a side has value right now, for example "Take BUF +9." Marking a prediction as Taken feeds your personal hit rate. It is not a bet record, and Midgame never knows whether you actually wagered or how much.

Hit rate and streak

Two numbers track quality over time:

• Hit rate is the share of your taken predictions that resolved as wins, on a rolling 90-day basis.
• Streak is your current run of consecutive correct calls.

You will never see dollar amounts, bankroll, or profit and loss anywhere in the app. Performance is measured only as a percentage and a count.
