1. Platform Usage:

• •Informational Purpose Only: Midgame provides sports predictions, analytics, and notifications for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not facilitate actual sports betting or gambling on our Platform.
• •No Gambling Service: You understand that Midgame is not a sportsbook or bookmaker. We do not accept wagers, handle any betting transactions, or encourage gambling in any form. Any decisions you make outside the app (such as placing bets with third parties) are solely at your own risk.
• •Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Midgame. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
• •Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• •Predictions Not Guarantees: All predictions, analyses, and content on Midgame are provided without any guarantee of accuracy or outcome. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

2. User Responsibilities:

• •Lawful Use: You will use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases:

• •Fees and Plans: Midgame offers subscription plans via Apple's in-app purchase system. We may offer weekly subscriptions (approximately $17 per week) or monthly subscriptions (approximately $45 per month), and we may provide a free trial (e.g. 3 days) for new subscribers.
• •Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, it will begin when you confirm the trial in the app. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• •Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• •Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID/account settings on your device.
• •No Refunds: All purchases and subscription fees are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Service Availability and Changes:

We strive to keep Midgame running smoothly and to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability. Midgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, for any reason.

5. Third-Party Data and Content:

• •Third-Party Data: All sports scores, statistics, odds, news, or other data that we present may be sourced from third parties. Midgame does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any data provided by external vendors.
• •No Endorsement or Affiliation: Reference to any third-party names, trademarks, or data on Midgame does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by or with those third parties.
• •External Links: The Platform might occasionally contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience. Midgame is not responsible for the content on third-party sites.

6. No Gambling or Financial Advice (Disclaimer):

• •Entertainment Purposes: All content on Midgame, including AI-generated sports predictions, analytics, and any recommendations, is provided for entertainment and reference purposes only.
• •No Advice: Nothing provided by Midgame should be construed as professional advice of any kind. We are not providing financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice.
• •Risk of Gambling: If you decide to gamble on sports (with third-party services, outside of Midgame), remember that gambling involves risk. You may lose money. Midgame is not responsible for any losses you incur.
• •Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any sports betting or gambling activities you engage in (outside our app) are legal in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property Rights:

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Midgame Platform and its content are owned by Midgame. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Midgame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Your use of Midgame is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Use of Midgame is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Midgame will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any damages resulting from your use of the Platform or reliance on any prediction or content obtained through Midgame.
